My first attempt of covering a cake with sugar paste, creating a teddy bear and number 1 from scratch. Am so impress with myself and it looks very yummy and delicate. Imagine what I would be able to do at the end of a 5 week course. The sky is def not the limit. Thousands of ideas flooding through my brain. Never would I need to splash out loads of money for kids birthday cake or cakes for family and friends. I just need to use them as my guinea pig to practice on to get better.
